Some facts about the new season:
Wanda, Gambit and Colossus are definitely coming back. Not too sure about Pyro. Evan is going to be leaving for a little while. Changes for Rogue, and there'll be definite interest with her and Gambit.
Wolverine is going to get a new costume. The Morlocks and Apocalypse will make apearances.

Some Rumours...
Mr Sinister will kidnap Scott, Jean and Kurt. Rogue, with the help of Gambit will save them.
Pyro will join the Brotherhood boys.
When Wanda confronts her father, and throws her power at him, Magneto will push Pietro in the way. Pietro and Wanda will reconcile.
Warren, Forge, Alex, Pietro and Wanda will be part of X-Factor.
Scott and Jean will finally have their first date
